Important Practices for COVID-19

According to the requirements regarding the Guidelines for Normalised Covid-19 Prevention and Control by the Ministry of Commerce, Ministry of Public Security and Health Commission in exhibition activities and relevant regulations concerning the Guidelines for COVID-19 Prevention and Control in the Shanghai exhibition industry, parties involved will take the necessary epidemic prevention measures as below to ensure the health and safety of all exhibitors, visitors, service partners and employees at f-cell China.

 

1. Hygiene measures

1.1 Observe and comply with the protection and hygiene measures formulated by the Organisers and the Venue.

1.2 Proactively learn and engage with practices that protect and combat the spread of COVID-19.

1.3 Face masks must be worn at all time during the event.

1.4 The Organisers have formed an Epidemic Prevention and Control Team for the show.

1.5 Promote the prevention and control of COVID-19, and the fair’s protection and hygiene regulations to all participants in advance.

1.6 Contactless services have extended to online pre-registration, on-site self-service registration facilities, e-payments and more.

1.7 Observation wards/medical rooms will be set up with healthcare specialists on duty. For those with a temperature higher than 37.3℃ or displaying symptoms will be refused admission or taken to the observation ward/medical room at the entrance.

1.8 Supervise participants to ensure all are wearing a face masks throughout the exhibition.

1.9 Promote protection and hygiene regulations in public areas at the exhibition grounds.

1.10 Provide enough protective materials such as hand sanitiser, antiseptic wipes, face masks in public areas and functional areas at the exhibition grounds.

1.11 Exhibition halls and facilities, as well as air conditioning and ventilation systems will be disinfected regularly to ensure an adequate fresh air supply during the trade fair.

1.12 Public areas and heavily used surfaces will be regularly disinfected on a daily basis.

1.13 Additional dining areas in the NECC Plaza and public areas will be provided to avoid overcrowding during peak hours.

1.14 The exhibitors and visitors can purchase the preventive materials such as hand sanitisers, antiseptic wipes, face masks in the venue’s business centre at ease.

 

2. Admission rules

2.1 All staff, service partners and exhibitors are required to register with verified identity information to redeem admission badges by using original personal identity documents*.
*The personal identity documents include PRC Resident ID Cards, Mainland Travel Permits for Hong Kong and Macau Residents, Mainland travel permits for Taiwan residents and Passports.

2.2 All attendees (visitors, press, delegates, VIPs etc.) are required to pre-register online with verified identity information to redeem admission badges by using original personal identity documents*.
* The personal identity documents include PRC Resident ID Cards, Mainland Travel Permits for Hong Kong and Macau Residents, Mainland travel permits for Taiwan residents and Passports.

2.3 Show participants from overseas, Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan regions are highly recommended to conduct COVID-19 nucleic acid test and present a valid proof of a negative COVID-19 nucleic acid test result within 7 days upon admission.

2.4 All personnel must fulfil 2.4 or 2.5 conditions in order to get access to the exhibition grounds.

For those entering to the exhibition grounds with Shanghai Health Code certificate must meet the following four conditions:
- full registration with verified personal identity documents
- wear a face mask
- present an updated GREEN Shanghai Health Code certificate**
- body temperature check below 37.3℃

**Scan the following QR code on the Alipay App and search “ShangHai QR Code” program to generate your own Shanghai Health Code. A Chinese mobile number is required to complete the application.

2.5 For those without a Shanghai Health Code certificate or have returned/travelled from overseas countries and regions must meet the following four conditions in order to enter to the exhibition grounds:
- full registration with verified personal identity documents
- wear a face mask
- present a Notice on Release from Medical Quarantine document
- body temperature check below 37.3℃

2.6 All personnel are obligated to go through the admission procedures again when re-entering to the exhibition grounds.

 

3. Distancing rules

3.1 The Organisers will take into account the following measures to ensure appropriate hall planning:
- Use distancing indicators and floor markings
- Implement crowd control measures according to the gross exhibition space and the use of big data, access control and adaptive registration processes such as appointment making and access quota to ensure visitors to visit in an orderly way
